    Please call our office at 920-893-5949 to schedule an appointment.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we are an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier. We also accept a wide range of major insurance providers, including Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Sun Life, and United Concordia, among others.

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    Please give us a call to schedule an appointment ahead of time before visiting us.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    We offer a variety of flexible payment options and financing plans to ensure you can receive timely dental care, especially when dealing with urgent dental issues.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Here are our office hours. We’re closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, we do offer pediatric dental care for children, adolescents, and teens.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    There is no set appointment time. The length will depend on the type of service or treatment being provided and your specific oral health needs.
